I agree to the "One-year Countdown Event of the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 9th National Special Olympic Games (Hong Kong) cum Hong Kong Paralympic Day 2024” campaign terms and conditions : *

Participants are deemed to understand and agree to abide by all terms and conditions by participating in this activity. The Committee reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and the changes will also apply to new or existing participants.

The Committee will conduct filming and video recording during the visit, and the relevant photos and video clips may be used for future promotion and publicity.

The Committee has the right to retain the personal information filled in by the participants for future marketing purposes.

The activity quota is limited, first-come, first-served.

The number of event gifts is limited. The gifts received cannot be exchanged for cash or exchanged for other gifts, and no refunds or exchanges are allowed.

The Committee shall not be liable for any claims, costs, damages and expenses for any damage, injury or loss to the participants or their property arising out of or arising out of the event or any purpose related or connected thereto.

The Committee reserves the right to modify the content of the event. In case of any dispute, the Committee reserves the right to make the final decision and participants shall not object.
